Day 1:
Arrival to Cairo Airport, meet and assist, then escort to
the hotel, check in, at night optional dinner cruise, then
back to the hotel and overnight.
Day 2:
After breakfast, sightseeing in Giza to visit the pyramids
and the Sphinx. (Lunch is optional during the tour). Then
heading to the Papyrus institute and Perfume Factory.
Transfer back to the hotel and overnight.
Day 3:
Breakfast, sightseeing in Cairo to visit the Egyptian
Museum, old Cairo and Khan El Khalili, then transfer to the
train station (seating first class) to Aswan. Overnight at
the train.
Day 4:
Arrival in Aswan. Upon arrival, sightseeing in Aswan to
visit the high dam and the unfinished obelisk, then transfer
to the cruise to check in and lunch after lunch felucca ride
around the rocky island of the Nile. After that, optional
visit to the Nubian Village where you can experience the
daily life and costumes of Upper Egyptians. Transfer to the
cruise, dinner and entertainment on board. Sailing to Kom
ombo and overnight on board in the cruise.
Day 5:
Breakfast, arrival to Kom Ombo and visit the temple of Kom
Ombo. The temple is dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and
the falcon god Haroeris (Horus the Elder). Continue sailing
to Edfu, lunch on board. After lunch, sightseeing of Edfu
temple, the major Ptolemaic temple and the best preserved in
Egypt. The temple is dedicated to the falcon god Horus and
was built over a 180-year period from 237 BC to 57 BC.
Continue sailing to Esna to cross the lock. Dinner and
entertainment of Galabia party, sailing to Luxor and
overnight on board.
Day 6:
After breakfast, sightseeing in Luxor to visit the west
bank, El Dier El Bahari (Queen Hatschepsut temple, valley of
the kings, colossi of Memnon, back to the cruise, lunch,
then sightseeing of the east bank to visit Karnak and Luxor
Temples. At night, optional sound light show at Karnak
temple, then back to the cruise entertainment and overnight
on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast, check out from the cruise and transfer to
Hurghada by bus. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, rest
of the day free for leisure, dinner and overnight at the
hotel.
Day 8:
Breakfast, check out from the hotel, and then escort to
Sharm El Shiekh by ferry boat. Upon arrival, check in the
hotel, rest of the day free for leisure.
Day 9:
Free for leisure. Or optional sea trip. Lunch on board is
included in the trip, back to the hotel, dinner & over
night.
Day 10:
Free for leisure. Or optional desert trip.
Day 11:
After breakfast, check out transfer to Cairo, arrival and
transfer to the hotel, check in and overnight.
Day 12:
Breakfast, check out from the hotel, transfer to the Cairo
International Airport for the final departure.
